In 2005, Nitin founded FACET with an offering of Facade Detail Design and Engineering and Structural Design Services to Middle Eastern Facade & General Contractors, Architects etc. Subsequently, FACET commenced Indian Operations as Specialist Facade and Structural Consultants.

After graduating from The Doon School, Nitin studied Architecture in Pune. Soon after, he moved to the Middle East, where he spent the next 12 years in the Architectural Aluminum Industry. During this period, he designed and built the 2nd Facade laboratory Test Facility in the Middle East in Dubai, worked as Facade Consultant and Senior Projects Manager.

Nitin is married, has 3 children and lives in Hyderabad.

Vinod Kundargi a civil Engineering Graduate from UVCE, Bangalore and has over 14 years of experience in the field of Curtain wall glazing in Execution, Planning and Contracts.

Prior to joining FACET, he was associated with Staralubuild Pvt. Ltd as ‘Head of Projects – South’ in Bangalore. Prior to that, he worked with Bosco Aluminum UAE in the Tender & Estimation Dept.

Vinod is married, has two children and lives in Hyderabad.

Srikanth has 14 years of experience at various levels in Structural Engineering and has acquired good knowledge in analysis, design and detailing of RCC and Steel structures. He is capable of independently handling projects from start to completion with good management capabilities and communication skills.

He is currently heading the Structural Engineering Division and is involved in planning, design and execution of project from conception to execution.

Srikanth is married, has one child and lives in Hyderabad.

Dynamic people’s person with more than five years of experience in Facade industry.

After completing MBA in Marketing & Production Management he became a part of the industry by joining Sejal Glass as a Project Manager, taking care of technical sales in Western Region. Being a Mechanical Graduate he was responsible for technical assistance to the western team.

He joined FACET 2 years back as a Facade Consultant, responsible for Sales & operations in the western region. Over the years he has gained good technical comprehension on Glass & Facade as a whole.

Praveen is married and lives in Mumbai.
